Exchange/Returns Policy
All About You Direct will exchange or substitute goods or services sold through our online shop. Returned goods must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Damaged goods will be exchanged without question.
Simply return the goods or voucher to our clinic at shop 37, Westfield Riccarton Mall, Christchurch, New Zealand within one week of purchase.
