FAQ for All About You Introductory VIP Card

Q	Can I buy another VIP card?
A	Yes, only as a gift for a friend, family member etc. You can not buy another VIP card (for the same salon) for your own use.
Q	Can I share my VIP card with my friend or my daughter?
A	No. Only one person can use 1 card. You can buy a VIP card for your friend or daughter.
Q	What is the catch?
A	The only catch is that you enjoy being pampered so much, that you will keep going back to the salon as a regular customer.
Q	Is there any time that I can not use my VIP card?
A	Yes, your VIP card can not be used between 12^th December – 5^th January 2010.
Q	Do I need to pay any extra?
A	Each VIP card has several complimentary treatments, which are FREE , so you don’t have to pay anything more for these. There are also several half price offers available on presentation of your voucher.
Q	How long is the VIP card valid for?
A	Your VIP card is valid for up to 4 months.
Q	Can I do all of the Introductory Offer in 1 visit?
A	No. Normally you can do a maximum of 2 services on the Introductory Offer per visit.
Q	Can I exchange one of the services that are on the Introductory Offer, for something else?
A	No.
Q	If I no longer want the VIP card that I have purchased, can I get a refund?
A	If you contact us within seven days from the date that you purchased the VIP card, and as long as you have not used the card, then yes you can have a refund.

Conditions

Due to the exceptional value of this voucher, please read these conditions carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.

This voucher is not available to existing clients (if you have been into either business in the last 6 months).
No substitution of services. Appointments must be made at least one week prior to bookings.
Earlier bookings maybe available. When booking please quote your voucher number.
Only one voucher per person will be honoured.
The voucher must be presented on each visit or service may not be honoured. We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice or service booked maybe forfeited.
Voucher is not valid between 12th December 2009 – 5th January 2010.
A maximum of two complimentary services can be booked per visit (for either salon).
These vouchers are not for resale. No refund available. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
Vouchers are valid for 4 months.
