Membership details:

• I understand on the 20th of each month my bank account will be debited the membership fee which will be credited to my beautySpot account.
• For this I will receive treatments and services at the members discounted rate.
• If I do not attend the clinic within any given month my beautySpot membership will be credited and the amount paid will be forwarded until redeemed.
• If my monthly DD has failed, a processing fee of $30.00 will be charged and membership suspended until paid.
• Membership is for a 12 month period, however I may choose to cancel my membership at any time. I must give a minimum of 14 days written notice before the 20th of the month. An early termination fee of one months membership will be charged.
• Membership discount does not apply to already discounted services or specials.
